Alice, Luca, Mattia, and Patricia provided an absolutely amazing experience for my wife and I during our 5night stay at the Palazzo. The accomodation itself, perched on the 3rd floor overlooking the Grand Canal, is stunning in its details and my wife and I really enjoyed our room with a view on St Mark's Tower and the Basilica's domes. Alice, Luca, and Mattia were very receptive of our requests and helped arrange various private transfers to the hotel and neighboring islands, as well as restaurant reccomendations / reservations and walking tours. Each morning they greeted us with warm smiles and were very friendly to us and our dog. Patricia was very thorough in her cleaning and breakfast preparations. Eggs can be made to order and she was always there to take our orders (or assisted by one of the other staff). She was also very patient with us on days when we were still using the room when she was cleaning. We were also caught in a storm and had to walk through "Aqua Alta" that soaked our pants and shoes, but she helped dry everything off and gave us all new towels. The hotel is right next to various docks on the Grand Canal so you can be easily dropped off right in front and there are only a handful of stairs before the elevator that takes you to the reception door/entry door for the hotel. The main floor has a small doorway onto a side canal where gondolas frequently float by, which is nice to see and an added bonus of the location. The hotel itself has a lounge used for breakfast and free to use throughout the day, which we did on various evenings with some glasses of wine, and this sounds overlooks the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge to the side. This view is fantastic and was great to use when the Vogalonga regatta took place.

Thank you All for a wonderful stay! Hotel is on the third floor of a historic palazzo of Venice. We have been given a room that overlooks the Campanile of San Marco and its cupola. Spacious room, spotless, perfectly clean, not only on our arrival but every day. They have offered us a bottle of proseco on our arrival, as we have been to Venice for our 14th wedding anniversary. It is few steps from the Rialto bridge, you could see it from Breakfast room or from the suite. Wonderful view in the canal grande. No more than ten minutes from piazza San Marco, perfect location to explore Venice on foot. Kind, pleasant personnel, willing to help and assist with everything. Perfectly clean room and breakfast hall. Limited options for breakfast but tasty, fresh and enough to start your day. Overall perfect stay! Grazie di tutto!!!!

Palazzo Bembo is a clean, quaint room with history and flare. Also, home to the Beinale and as a historic building close to the Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal is in the backdrop of a lit of movies. The water is hot, and the pressure is great - nothing to worry about. The room is small but well planned, and there is a breakfast/sitting room in which to lounge directly outside the room. Windows you can open for fresh air. Convenient to gondola. Water taxi, ferry stops, and a short, easy walk to St. Mark's square. There are only 6 rooms here, we were hair with what we were able to get. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is an elevator, but you will still have to negotiate steps with your luggage like many places in Italy. Smart TV in room. Breakfast included and just right.

The location is on the grand canal, a very close walk to the Rialto Bridge. A great view can be seen from the common area windows, the staff allowed us to open one up to get a good photo. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a coffee machine and new pods supplied each morning. We didn’t opt for the breakfast due to the cost, but there is a small supermarket essentially next door that has a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or directions needed. They have maps available and are happy to recommend how to travel and the best restaurants. Plus can provide free entrance to a glass blowing viewing in Murano. Highly recommend seeing the museum in the lower floors, available until the end of August.

Laura

The room was spacious and had beautiful Venetian characteristics. The room we stayed in was super quiet and we couldn’t hear any of the other guests. Coffee was delicious and the toiletries supplied were good quality too. The location was amazing - a 30 second walk from Rialto water bus station and a minute’s walk to the bridge (if that). We could walk to all the main attractions easily from the hotel. The staff were so lovely and were happy to help with any queries we had or grab us an ironing board when we wanted to use one. They were very friendly. We would stay here again 😊
